Hagastrand offers meeting rooms of various sizes, from smaller group rooms to larger halls and a generous event area of up to 350 seated participants and can be adapted for conferences, product launches or larger corporate meetings. In addition, there is also a separate banquet hall with stunning views of Brunnsviken, perfect for graduations, dinners or other types of corporate events in an exclusive setting. The premises are designed to promote creativity, flow and focus, with large windows, modern design and access to the latest technology.

The conference rooms are equipped with Ultra-HD LED screens, cameras for hybrid meetings, ceiling microphones, wireless systems and Microsoft Teams Room integration. For larger events such as product launches, trade fairs or gala dinners, there is a customizable event space with a separate entrance from the outside - with the possibility to roll in vehicles or create experiential exhibitions.

Designed by Wingårdh architects, the 215 hotel rooms feature natural materials, generous DUX beds and interiors that promote rest and relaxation. The rooms range from practical standard rooms to deluxe rooms with water views.

Hagastrand's spa is one of the most ambitious in the Nordic region and contains several unique elements that enhance the conference experience. Among the highlights is Sweden's first event sauna, which can accommodate up to 60 people. Here, guests are led by an experienced sauna master through a guided ceremony that activates all the senses - using scent, light, sound and heat. Another unique experience is the snow room, which creates the same effect as an ice bath - perfect as a conclusion to a sauna ritual or after an intense conference day.

For smaller groups, it is possible to book an exclusive wellness suite with a private lounge, sauna, steam room and changing rooms - a perfect setting for relaxation or private activities during the meeting.

Food & drink

Restaurant Njord serves seasonal meals with a Nordic base and international influences. It offers both seated business lunches and dinner packages for groups. The lounge creates a social atmosphere with bar service, games and areas for relaxed socializing after the conference day.
