The restaurant

The kitchen is led by chef Emma Fyman Andreasson, and together they work with carefully selected ingredients with a focus on ecological awareness and local suppliers. The menus are dynamic and vary according to the season and availability of ingredients. Creativity permeates every meal, and the ingredients are refined to give guests an experience of locally produced and fresh food all year round. Två Skyttlar guarantees that all food is prepared from scratch in their own kitchen, and this also applies to the coffee. It is called "tempered" and it characterizes the entire dining experience.

Homegrown and sustainable:

At Två Skyttlar, locally produced and home-grown food is at the heart of things. The kitchen crops are planned together with the gardener and are nourished by their own food waste, which is transformed into fertilizer using the Bokashi method. Raw materials are harvested seasonally and used to create the varied menus. The goal is to reduce food waste, and they are constantly looking for ways to use all parts of the raw materials. One example of this is the popular "svinnlimpan," a bread baked from leftover bread that would previously have been thrown away.
